Do you accept returns on opened beauty products?

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used beauty and skincare items unless the product is defective or damaged on arrival.

 

How are refunds processed?
Refunds are issued to your original payment method once your return is received and inspected. Please allow up to 10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
